The Core area (Belly) of your body is located between your Chest and your Pelvic area. Major muscles around this area are: Rectus Abdominis (outer Abs), Transverse Abdominis (Inner Abs), Obliques, and Lower Back (Erector Spinae). Our core muscles are major stabilizers in every functional movement we make that's why strengthening it is very important. A weak core will show a poor posture and Human Gait (limb movement)
